Qualifications

• 1-2 years in the Human or Health services field preferred.
• Prior experience working in a residential group home setting preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Implement Individual Service Plans and support functional independence.
• Document progress on Residential Service Plan goals.
• Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
