Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health/substance use challenges in community settings. The role supports clients in pursuing personal goals, participating in community life, and achieving independence through person-centered plans.

Shifts vary and may include weekends; a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED (Not required for TN openings)

Responsibilities

• Assist with Health and Safety Procedures.
• Assist with People Supported Development.
• Assist with Person Supported Community Life.
• Provide support to team members and supervisors.
• Assist with person-centered plan and outcomes.
• Assist with medical requests.
• Assist with data collection and reporting.
