Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must become DSP, CRMA, and Safety Care certified as primary responsibility.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Proficient in speaking, reading and writing English.
• IT skills to enter time & attendance and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate safe, supportive, professional relationships with members.
• Provide individualized support to promote independence and community engagement.
• Facilitate participation in community activities and events.
• Assist with transportation in approved vehicles.
• Documentation of services and treatment plans daily.
• Follow safety procedures and mandated reporter requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Maintain clean, safe living environments.
