Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is seeking a Direct Support Professional to provide person-centered care in a residential setting. You will build relationships, support daily living activities, and help individuals pursue their goals with dignity and respect.

We offer a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with potential raise to $16.50 after six months and a $1,500 hiring bonus. Shifts are 12 hours. Training and growth opportunities are available within our community-focused organization.

• No prior experience or formal education required; training provided.

• Build meaningful relationships and provide guidance and support
• Assist with daily living activities (personal care, hygiene, meals, housework, transportation)
• Support community involvement, social connections and independent living skills
