Job summary

Mosaic is seeking a Direct Support Supervisor to coordinate and manage program operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective staffing. You will hire, train, and schedule staff, coordinate activities and appointments, and maintain detailed records for the individuals served.

You will also accompany individuals to recreational activities, monitor safety, and implement behavior plans as needed. This role requires strong planning, communication, and on-call support skills.
