Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Direct Support Mentor for Rayside to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential settings. The role includes ensuring staff coverage across shifts, promoting personal outcomes, and supporting daily living activities with dignity and respect.

The position offers an hourly rate of $19 and requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driving license, and active CPR/First Aid training.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Prefer experience working with IDD individuals.
• At least one year of experience working with the population served.
• Must have a valid driver’s license (this is a condition of employment).
• Must maintain proficiency in company-sponsored training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure staff coverage of all three shifts as scheduled.
• Assist people supported to identify personal outcomes and desired goals.
• Promote dignity, respect, and quality of life for people supported.
• Provide opportunities for choice and encourage self‑determination.
• Maintain cleanliness of group home and vehicles; perform environmental checks.
