Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support, supervision, and protective oversight to individuals receiving services.
• Promote independence and assist individuals in achieving personal goals.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs) while ensuring safety, dignity, and respect.
• Train, onboard, and mentor new Direct Support Professionals.
• Collaborate with team leads on staffing, attendance, and performance concerns.
• Act as communication partner between families, administration, and individuals served.
