Job summary

Oregon Provider is seeking a Mentor to guide Direct Support Professionals during onboarding and their first 90 days, and beyond. The role emphasizes training follow-through, compliance oversight, documentation review, and maintaining agency standards while delivering quality client support.

The Mentor will lead weekly meetings, review schedules and notes, coordinate with leadership, and document interactions in BambooHR. A collaborative, professional approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of professional boundaries and workplace expectations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to guide and support employees in a professional and accountable manner.
• Experience with documentation, scheduling review, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly mentor meetings with assigned mentees during their first 90 days.
• Review schedules, overtime and travel pay, Daily Progress Notes, ISP trainings, and incidents as needed.
• Document mentoring interactions in BambooHR notes and client logs.
• Attend weekly in person Mentor meetings with the Agency Director.
