Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Tennessee seeks a Direct Support Mentor (Regular, full-time). You will work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, supporting daily activities and promoting independence in a compassionate, person-centered way.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, encouraging community participation, and monitoring wellbeing. Training, CPR/First Aid, and job-specific instruction are provided.

Direct Support Mentor Type: Regular

Pre-employment screening:
