RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Direct Support Mentor to provide compassionate, hands-on guidance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and substance use challenges. You will help participants with daily activities, routines, and community involvement, fostering independence and safety.

This role emphasizes a positive, personable approach, teamwork with care teams, and compliance with screening and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Interest in supporting people facing mental health and substance use challenges.
• Ability to complete background checks and credentialing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct mentorship and daily living supports to participants.
• Assist with activities, routines, and community engagement.
