Job summary

Agentic Client Support Services is seeking a Direct Support Manager to oversee daily operations at a residential group home in Barberton, OH. You will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain documentation to support quality care for individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role requires hands-on leadership, accountability, and strong communication with families and management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading residential care teams.
• Knowledge of Ohio DODD regulations.
• Experience with documentation, MAR and EVV systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential home.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and provide direction.
• Coordinate staff schedules and ensure shift coverage.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and performance.
• Ensure ISPs are followed and care is appropriate.
• Maintain MAR documentation and EVV records.
• Complete progress notes and required paperwork on time.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Ohio requirements.
• Communicate with families and healthcare providers.
