Agentic Client Support Services is seeking a dependable Direct Support Manager to oversee a residential group home in Barberton, Ohio. You will lead a team of Direct Support Professionals, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with a hands-on approach to ensure a safe, well-operated home environment and effective staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities; capable of supervising DSPs.
• Able to manage schedules, ensure compliance, and maintain required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residential group home.
• Supervise and provide direction to Direct Support Professionals.
• Coordinate staff schedules and coverage.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure ISPs are followed and MAR documentation is accurate.
• Maintain EVV records and daily progress notes.
