Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. Starting pay is $21.50/hour, with additional differentials by location and qualifications (Cape programs +$1/hour; Martha’s Vineyard +$4/hour; MAP certification +$2/hour except at Franklin Street, MV).

All asleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour. Full-time benefits include health insurance and retirement, with tuition and homeownership perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to support individuals with daily living activities.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Support individuals in community activities, relationships, and social connections.
