Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. Starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials; Cape-based programs add $1/hour, Martha’s Vineyard adds $4/hour, Franklin Street on MV adds $3/hour.

Sleep hours are paid at $17.50/hour. This full-time role includes a generous benefits package and a focus on dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED/HiSET required.
• Active US driver's license and minimum age 18.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
