Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation seeks a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. Starting pay is $21.50 per hour with location-based differentials; additional $2 per hour for active MAP certification in most programs; asleep hours paid at $17.50.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to promote independence.
• Follow and implement Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health-related needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
