Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, seeks a leader to guide Life Skills Trainers in residence and community settings, delivering direct services to participants and upholding the mission to help individuals live well.

You will coordinate staffing, supervise staff, ensure documentation is timely, and respond to incidents with appropriate action, while adhering to all company policies and regulatory standards. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance if transportation is required.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Life Skills Trainers and provide direct services to program participants.
• Participate in client training to assure client objectives and company goals are achieved.
• Replaces, reassigns, or cancels staffing assignments as needed.
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Coordinate and complete participant and staff accident/injury/incident report investigations.
