Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of direct services experience in human services.
• CPR/First Aid certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Leads Life Skills Trainers and provides direct services to program participants.
• Coordinates staffing and supervises staff to meet house objectives.
• Completes incident reports and ensures accurate documentation.
• Provides crisis intervention and active treatment as needed during shifts.
• Supports recruitment, training, and staff development.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory standards.
