Job summary

REM Community Services, part of the Sevita family, seeks a Team Lead to supervise residence and community staff while delivering direct services to individuals served. You will help meet IP-based objectives, coordinate staffing, and model professional behavior.

The role emphasizes accountability, documentation, and teamwork within a mission-driven organization. Qualifying candidates bring a HS diploma, 2 years in human services, valid license/insurance, and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in direct services in human services preferred.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification required.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in residence and community settings.
• Attend training and ensure individuals served achieve objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate shift objectives and document progress accurately and timely.
• Assist with staffing needs and staff recruitment.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management as per IP/treatment plans.
