Job summary

Sevita REM Wisconsin is hiring a Team Lead to supervise staff in residence and community settings while delivering direct services. You will train individuals served, support objectives, and participate in outings, orientation, and documentation accuracy.

The role includes staffing, shift coordination, and implementing IP-driven behavior management. Requirements include a high school diploma and at least two years in human services, with a valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in human services.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification and strong leadership and communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to staff in the residence and community while providing direct services.
• Attend training for individuals served to assure objectives and company goals are met.
• Participate in community outings and staff orientation; model documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with house staffing needs and staff recruitment.
• Review progress, coordinate and implement shift objectives.
• Deliver services such as skills training, job coaching, behavior management per IP/treatment team.
