You will oversee department operations across shifts and directly support residents in achieving personal goals and community participation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's License: ND, upon hire.
• Auto Insurance, upon hire.
• One year of work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all duties within the department across shifts.
• Support residents to achieve personal goals and engage in the community.
• Lead and train DSPs; monitor quality of services.
• Document in records and charts accurately.
• Ensure health, safety, and welfare of people supported.
