Job summary

CommonSpirit Health Philanthropy is seeking a Direct Support Professional Lead to empower individuals with developmental disabilities through direct care and dedicated support, helping them pursue meaningful goals and live richer lives.

You will oversee the department across shifts, mentor DSPs, ensure mandatory documentation and compliance, and collaborate with care teams to tailor plans that advance independence and community involvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid ND driver's license and auto insurance upon hire.
• One year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the department across shifts and support residents in achieving goals.
• Attend program trainings with the QIDP and implement plans; document assessments.
• Document in records and files of people supported in a timely, accurate manner.
• Coach DSPs, monitor staffing, and ensure active supports are provided.
