Job summary

Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to empower individuals to live more independent lives. Provide daily support in a residential setting, teach life skills, follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans, and accompany clients to appointments.

Starting pay is $21.75 per hour with location-based differentials; full-time staff receive health insurance, retirement match, student loan assistance, tuition support, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HiSET.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor and train other staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills to promote independence at home and in the community.
• Follow ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health needs.
• Lead, train, and mentor other staff; document progress and outcomes.
