Job summary

Sevita in Indiana seeks a Team Lead to supervise staff delivering direct services to individuals in residence and community settings. You will guide staff, participate in trainings, and help achieve client objectives as part of a compassionate, quality-focused team.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, shift coordination, and ensuring accurate documentation while supporting individuals' growth and wellbeing on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
• A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
• A commitment to quality in everything you do.

Responsibilities
