Job summary

Sevita Team Lead position seeks a leader to guide staff in the residence and community, delivering direct services to individuals we serve. The role emphasizes strong leadership and supervision to align with company goals.

You will participate in training, model documentation practices, support staffing, and coordinate shift objectives while promoting quality of life for those served.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in human services direct services.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Acute attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Provide services such as skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per the IP/treatment team.
