Job summary

Sevita in Indiana seeks a Team Lead to supervise staff in residence and in the community, delivering direct services to individuals we serve and modeling quality care. You will ensure documentation is accurate and timely, participate in trainings, and support staff development.

You will coordinate shift objectives, assist with staffing and recruitment, review progress, and ensure IP goals are aligned with care plans, driving quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Lead and supervise staff in residence and community.
  • Provide direct services to individuals served.
  • Attend trainings to ensure IP objectives and company goals are achieved.
  • Assist with house staffing and staff recruitment.
  • Review individuals served progress and coordinate shift objectives.
  • Deliver skills training, job coaching, and behavior management per IP.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years’ experience in providing direct services in the human services field.
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification Strong leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
  • Acute attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
  • A reliable, responsible attitude and a compassionate approach.
  • A commitment to quality in everything you do.
