In this role, you will help improve the lives of people with disabilities by providing support with transportation and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising clients, helping them apply for jobs, and assisting with community integration. The ideal candidate should be patient, compassionate, and possess excellent communication skills, with experience in caregiving or a related role being preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a job coach, Direct Support Staff, or similar role is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Must be compassionate, respectful, and ethical.

Responsabilités

• Assist with transporting clients to events in the community.
• Transport clients to work.
• Assist clients with employment related tasks such as resume development.
• Provide day-to-day supervision.
• Use computer skills to help clients apply for jobs online.
• Write clear notes for client progress.
