Job summary

Grow Developmental Disability Solutions is seeking Direct Support Workers to assist children and adults with developmental disabilities. You’ll work one-on-one to support daily routines, community involvement, and personal goals in a respectful, person-centered way.

Role emphasizes meaningful daily impact, flexible scheduling, and teamwork. Training is provided, with opportunities across part-time to full-time hours in Oregon.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of caregiving or related experience.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required.
• Must pass all state-required background checks and meet ODDS employment eligibility requirements.
• CPR/First Aid/AED (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines (personal care, daily activities) for clients.
• Assist clients getting into community activities and stay engaged.
• Follow care plans and goals.
• Communicate with families and care team.
• Complete notes and documentation.
• Ensure safety and well-being at all times.
