Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Must be compassionate, respectful, and ethical.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transporting clients to events in the community.
• Transport clients to work.
• Assist clients with employment related tasks such as resume development.
• Provide day-to-day supervision.
• Use computer skills to help clients apply for jobs online.

• Provide day‑to‑day supervision
• Use computer skills to assist clients with applying to jobs online
• Write clear and legible notes for client progress

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a job coach, Direct Support Staff, Caregiver, Home Health, or similar role is preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid CPR/First Aid Card
• Compassionate, respectful, ethical
• Updated TB test
