Job summary

Monarch Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Floater to support individuals with mental health needs and developmental/disabilities in a flexible 40-hour week role. The position covers multiple specialist areas and requires a high school diploma and a valid USA driver’s license.

The role includes evaluating goals, assisting in community participation, and ensuring safety and rights advocacy for those served, with opportunities for growth within Monarch’s LTSS program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license (USA) required.
• Experience working with people with mental health diagnoses or intellectual/developmental disabilities or substance use disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for Developmental Specialist, Behavioral Specialist, and other roles during vacations or vacancies.
• Assist people in pursuing personal goals and community involvement.
• Document progress, goals, actions, and incident reports accurately.
• Maintain safety, rights advocacy, and person-centered planning.
• Support daily living activities and community participation as needed.
• Attend required trainings and maintain certifications.
• Coordinate transportation and scheduling to maximize service hours.
