Job summary

Monarch Healthcare in Mt. Pleasant, NC is hiring a Floater to support people in achieving their personal dreams and goals as outlined in individual plans.

You will provide coverage for Developmental, Behavioral, and Supported Living Specialists during vacations, holidays, or vacancies. You’ll help individuals build relationships in the community, participate in daily activities, and ensure safe, person-centered supports, with travel required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Valid driver’s license (USA) is required.
• Experience working with people with mental health diagnoses or developmental disabilities or substance use disorders is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support people in achieving their personal dreams and goals as outlined in individual plans.
• Provide coverage for Developmental Specialist, Behavioral Specialist, and Supported Living Specialist during vacations or vacancies.
• Assist with community participation, advocacy, and daily living activities while maintaining safety and rights.
