Class LTD is hiring a Coach/Direct Support Professional to provide direct care for individuals with disabilities in a residential setting in Parsons, KS. The role includes companionship, daily living support, and promoting independence.

The position offers full-time hours, a $16.00 per hour wage, and benefits such as Health Insurance, FSA, Vision, 401(k), AFLAC, PTO, and a referral program. Training is provided and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct care or caregiving is desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and pre-employment testing.
• Ability to read and follow plans and notes to support client goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assistance with daily living activities.
• Coach clients on coping with challenges and promote independence.
• Assist with basic medical needs and medication distribution as prescribed.
• Support clients with transportation, home tasks, and community participation.
• Monitor health, safety, and well-being and document logs.
