You’ll support daily living, personal care, and goal attainment while building trust with participants and their families.

The role emphasizes patient, respectful care, adherence to safety protocols, and collaboration with supervisors to ensure high-quality supports.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing needs and environments.
• Strong teamwork and time-management abilities.
