Job summary

Sevita, Mentor Community Services, seeks compassionate caregivers to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll help with daily living, promote independence, and build meaningful relationships with participants and their families.

You’ll work on helping participants achieve personal goals, budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while collaborating with supervisors who support your growth and well-being.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of experience in human services or direct care preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Encourage participation in community activities and goals.
