Sevita’s Mentor Community Services hires caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community settings. You will assist with daily living, hygiene, and personal care, while helping participants reach personal goals in budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals and community integration.
• Foster real relationships and act with compassion and reliability.
• Help participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition as part of goals.
