Job summary

Sevita’s Mentor Community Services seeks compassionate direct care staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities in community settings. You will build meaningful relationships, promote independence, and help participants achieve personal goals.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a desire to make a difference. Full-time roles include a full benefits package and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities
