Job summary

REM Community Services, part of Sevita, is seeking a part-time caregiver in Duluth, MN. You will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them live well and participate in community activities while building meaningful relationships.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and hands-on daily support in a mission-driven team. Weekend shifts are included, with wage details provided in the ad.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist participants with daily activities and community participation.
• Support participants with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition goals.

Parttime: Sunday 9am-9pm, Mon. 4pm-9pm.
