Job summary

Sevita is seeking a dedicated caregiver in Luverne, Minnesota to support individuals with developmental disabilities. The role involves helping with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting community participation.

You’ll work a full-time schedule with a rotating weekend pattern and be part of a mission-driven team that values compassion, reliability, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and reliable.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle access.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
• Support participants in achieving developmental goals, budgeting, exercise and nutrition.

Wage is $16 per hour. We have a full-time position open working Week 1: Tues 8a-3p, Thurs 8a-8p, Friday 2p-8p; Week 2: Tues 8a-3p, Thurs 8a-8p, Friday 2p-8p. EO weekend 8a-8p
