Job summary

Sevita is hiring caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings in Wisconsin. You'll help with daily living, assist with personal care, and enable participation in community activities, under supportive supervision.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Vehicle: valid driver's license and access to insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
