Job summary

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a caregiver to support individuals with developmental needs in community settings in Minnesota. Wage is $16.00 per hour. Shifts include 4pm-10pm on Tue, Thu, Fri; 2pm-10pm on Wed; every other weekend 4pm-8pm.

You will build meaningful relationships, support daily living, and help participants achieve personal goals. Join a mission-driven team that values compassion, reliability, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent not required.
• Skills: Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management.
• Behaviors: Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible.
• Vehicle: Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
• Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities.
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition.
