Job summary

Damar Services, LLC in Richmond, Indiana is seeking an Enhanced Acuity Technician to provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role includes delivering skills-based training, data collection, and intensive intervention services on a Richmond campus.

You will work with the treatment team, promoting client safety and progress toward daily living goals. Training is provided; benefits include tuition assistance, health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program.
• Be able to provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with eligible driving record.
• No disqualifying criminal convictions.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.
• Background screening clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals in residential settings.
• Assist treatment team with training, data collection, and intervention services.
• Promote safe, appropriate social behaviors and support clients in developing independence.
• Operate transport for clients when required and complete incident reports.
