Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program and apply if you are 18–21 for other roles.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals residing at Damar Services.
• Assist the treatment team and participate in care planning.
• Supervise clients, manage crises, and promote safe, positive behaviors.
• Support clients in achieving goals and daily living activities, including ADLs.
