Job summary

Damar Services, LLC is seeking an Enhanced Acuity Technician for the Richmond, Indiana campus. The role involves supervising residents, delivering skills-based treatment, collecting data, and providing intensive support to individuals with I/DD or autism.

You will work with a treatment team including managers and directors to evaluate services. Candidates should be 21+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid Indiana license if driving, and pass a pre-employment physical and background

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential program (21+; roles for 18–21 available)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Clear of felony convictions or disqualifying offenses
• Pre-employment physical required
• Background screening must be satisfactory

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to residents and support treatment teams
• Supervise and care for clients, manage crises, promote positive social behaviors
• Assist clients in achieving daily living goals and programming objectives
• Operate Damar vehicles or have access to transport clients as needed
• Complete incident reports and report suspected exploitation, abuse, or neglect
• Attend mandatory meetings and trainings as assigned
