Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience providing direct support or direct care preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence, provide companionship, and maintain a safe residential environment.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care and medication administration.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany clients to outings, appointments, and community activities.
• Follow each individual's care plan and complete required daily documentation.
