Easterseals NH is seeking a direct support associate to join our program. You will work with adults with diverse abilities, supporting them in work, classes, and community activities to promote independence.

The role requires a minimum age of 18 and two years of work history, plus a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Compensation is $20/hour, with hours Monday–Friday, 9am–3pm, and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees.

Responsibilities:

As a direct support associate in our program, you will participate alongside individuals as they partake in enriching, integrative activities throughout their communities. Gain hands-on experience working with adults who represent a diverse range of abilities and needs, supporting them as they achieve greater independence. Your flexible role will adjust from supervision to hand-over-hand assistance as you support each individual during work, cooking classes, yoga, or other vocational activities in their communities.
