Easterseals NH & VT seeks Direct Support Associates to help adults with diverse abilities thrive in their communities. You will assist with vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga, and other activities, providing supervision and hand-over-hand support to promote independence.

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We’re seeking Direct Support Associates to join our program and help individuals thrive in their communities. In this role, you’ll work alongside adults with diverse abilities and needs, supporting them as they engage in meaningful, integrative activities that promote independence. You’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting individuals during vocational tasks, cooking classes, yoga sessions, and other community-based activities. Your responsibilities will vary from providing supervision to offering hand-over-hand assistance, ensuring each person receives the support they need to succeed. If you have experience as a Direct Support Professional, Caregiver, or Support Counselor, or you’re eager to begin a rewarding career in Human Services, this role is for you!
$20 Hourly
Advance your career through our DSP Career Progression Pathway and earn up to an extra $1.50/hour by completing all three levels.
This is a full-time, 30 hour/week role, Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm
