Job summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Direct Support Associate to join our Community Based Services team in Exeter, NH. This part-time role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in residential homes with weekend overnight shifts (Sat/Sun 11pm-7am).

The position offers $24.00 per hour with potential NADSP training to become a certified Direct Support Professional, enabling career advancement and pay increases. Excellent benefits and a supportive team environment await.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct support or direct care is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in residential homes to promote independence and safety.
• Assist with activities of daily living including personal care and medication administration.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility as needed.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on outings and community activities.
• Follow each individual's care plan and complete daily documentation.
