Easterseals NH is seeking a Direct Support Associate to join our Community Based Services team in Durham, NH. This full-time role supports adults with developmental disabilities in residential homes, promoting independence and safety.

You will assist with daily living activities, transportation, and household tasks while following each care plan and documenting progress. NADSP training opportunities support career advancement toward certified Direct Support Professional.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience providing direct support or direct care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support independent living in a residential setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Provide mobility support and light housekeeping, meals, and laundry.
• Follow each individual's care plan and document daily.
• Attend training including conflict resolution and safety.
