Tundra Technical Solutions in Minneapolis, MN seeks a results-driven recruiter to build and manage a best-in-class Direct Source program for a Global 500 client. You will lead initiatives that connect top talent to critical roles and drive measurable impact for our client.

You will grow relationships with hiring managers and collaborate on marketing initiatives that reflect client values and goals, while enabling the delivery team to fulfill open positions efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience with complex contingent labor programs.
• Knowledge of modern recruitment strategies and best practices.
• Understanding of the workforce staffing industry.
• Basic ATS administration skills.
• Experience with an MSP or contingent workforce program is a plus.
• Experience supporting US-based or Canada-based clients.
• Secondary education or comparable experience.

Responsabilités

• Build a best-in-class Direct Source program for a Global 500 client.
• Grow relationships with hiring managers and support delivery on up to 10 to 20 open roles per month.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to create internal and external marketing initiatives aligned to client values and goals.
• Enable delivery through supporting the dedicated delivery team.
• Become an expert in our client’s culture, values, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute a client strategy to align with corporate and financial initiatives.
• Engage client leaders to qualify requirements and connect to the client’s overall strategy.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of top talent through the client’s private environment.
• Ensure best in class service through recruitment best practices driving a high level of fulfillment.
