AgileOne Group is seeking a Global Director of Direct Sourcing to lead the design, delivery and growth of Direct Sourcing programs across regions. You will translate business strategy into practical account plans, own client relationships, and drive contracted outcomes and profitability.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Direct Sourcing, talent acquisition, RPO, MSP, or workforce solutions with 5+ years leading teams.
• Proven success designing, launching, and scaling Direct Sourcing programs with measurable results.
• Experience leading across regions and time zones with regional compliance partners.
• Strong commercial/operational experience: budgeting, forecasting, and renewals.
• Expertise in talent-community management, recruitment technology, and data-driven performance.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute the global Direct Sourcing roadmap and client solutions.
• Own program delivery from readiness through ongoing performance and handoffs.
• Oversee talent communities, curation, engagement, and CRM adoption.
• Build senior client relationships and lead business reviews and renewals.
• Partner with Operations COE and Sourcing COE on SOPs, KPI reviews, and capacity planning.
• Lead and coach managers and delivery teams across regions.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
