Responsibilities include training residents in daily living skills, monitoring wellness and safety, assisting with meals, medications, and transportation, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• DSP training proof required.
• Must pass TABE test within 120 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and train residents in daily living skills: hygiene, housekeeping, meals, budgeting, socialization.
• Assist residents to achieve max independence per IHP goals.
• Plan and supervise daily schedules, meals, and activities.
• Maintain timely documentation: progress reports, MAR sheets, incident reports.
• Monitor facility safety, cleanliness, and resident wellness.
• Supervise schedules and transportation to programs and appointments.
• Assist with medication administration following guidelines.
• Attend IHP staffing and staff meetings.
• Respond to medical/behavioral emergencies per procedures.
• Report issues to Program/Director promptly.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
